By using Verity Signals, you agree that you will not:

Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or signals without written permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our algorithms or scoring models
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with third parties
Attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls or access controls

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Data Sources

Our data originates from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR system, which is a public government resource. Price data and company information may come from third-party providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the SEC or any data provider.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
